The Risk Analyst will manage guest incident claims from intake through resolution, escalation, or litigation referral. This role involves conducting claim reviews, investigations, and risk assessments to identify exposures and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. The analyst will collect, review, and analyze claim-related documentation, evaluate claims for completeness and liability, and exercise sound judgment in determining escalation or referral needs. This position serves as a primary operational liaison between various departments, including Legal, Risk, Operations, Guest Relations, and external partners like third-party administrators and insurance providers. The role also supports litigation operations by providing litigation support for escalated claims, ensuring accurate file maintenance, coordinating with outside counsel, and processing invoices. Additionally, the Risk Analyst will identify and recommend efficiencies in claims administration and litigation workflows, and may provide guidance to less experienced team members.
