We're hiring Personal Risk Advisors who want to build a career around real expertise, not just a sales pitch. This isn't about pushing policies — it's about understanding a client's life or business, identifying where they're exposed, and designing coverage that actually protects them. Requirements

Hold an active Utah Property & Casualty license — or are willing to obtain one (we'll help you get there)
Enjoy solving problems and explaining complex topics simply — you don't need a sales background, just curiosity and drive
Are motivated by building something real, not just hitting a quota
Take ownership of your results and welcome coaching to get there faster

Responsibilities

Assess client risk exposure and design coverage strategies to protect what matters most to them
Build and manage your own client pipeline
Develop lasting advisory relationships — clients who come back to you, not just a policy renewal notice
Stay sharp on products, carriers, and the risks your clients actually face
