About The Position

Nabors is seeking a Team Lead to manage its Rigline 24/7 remote operations support team. This role is crucial for providing timely and high-quality support to international clients. The Team Lead will be responsible for a team of experts, ensuring smooth shift operations, acting as the main point of contact for issues, and ensuring effective shift transitions. The ideal candidate is adept at working in a dynamic setting, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating effectively with management, product teams, engineers, field technicians, rig staff, clients, and partners. This position operates on a 14-days-on/14-days-off rotation.
