About The Position
Prepare and perform QA/QC of parcel documents. Perform research and investigations. Demonstrate skill in both written and spoken communication. Develop information and prepare forms necessary to advise clients on parties to join or not to join in condemnation proceedings. Perform appraisal and title analysis. Negotiate with property owners including offers, final offers, administrative settlement analysis, and facilitating closings. Prepare releases, affidavits, and other title curative forms for review by others. Schedule eminent domain proceedings. Assist in writing proposals.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- Notary Public preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
