About The Position
This role involves preparing and performing Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of parcel documents, conducting research and investigations, and demonstrating strong written and spoken communication skills. The agent will develop information and prepare necessary forms to advise clients on parties to include or exclude in condemnation proceedings. Responsibilities also include performing appraisal and title analysis, negotiating with property owners on offers and settlements, and facilitating closings. Additionally, the agent will prepare releases, affidavits, and other title curative forms for review, schedule eminent domain proceedings, and assist in writing proposals.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- Notary Public preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
