About The Position

This role involves providing comprehensive land support for integrity, field engineering, and corrosion projects within the midstream sector. The agent will be responsible for developing plans for access and temporary workspace, managing landowner notifications, and handling general land support. The position requires effective communication with colleagues on project status and landowner claims, as well as investigating, negotiating, and settling damage claims. The agent will also prepare and negotiate legal agreements related to real property and acquire necessary permits from various agencies. Critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a basic understanding of real estate/title concepts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of midstream experience.
• Proficient with Google Earth/GIS systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft suite applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and various online research tools.
• Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license.
• BS or BA degree required.
• Basic knowledge of real estate/title concepts.

Nice To Haves

• Title experience a plus.
• Experience reading pipeline alignment sheets.
• Experience with using or searching through databases.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and develop plans for access and temporary workspace.

• Investigate, negotiate, settle, and issue checks for damage claims.
• Prepare and negotiate legal agreements associated with real property.
• Identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
