About The Position
The Rigger is responsible for installing mechanical, electrical and structural components on SeaArk Boats during the final stages of production. This includes wiring, consoles, carpet, vinyl, electrical components and steering to ensure all components meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and craftmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or layout diagrams
- Familiarity with hand tools, adhesives and measuring equipment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in boat assembly, automotive trim, or similar manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Install basic components such as consoles, steering systems, and electrical harnesses as required
- Apply marine-grade carpet and vinyl to decks, floors, and interior surfaces
- Install decals and graphics according to layout specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and finish of all components
- Use hand and power tools to complete installations
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
