Rigger Helper 2
About The Position
The Rigger Helper 2 executes helper duties to assist an assigned crew. The role supports industrial construction and maintenance work by staging materials and tools, helping lay out and measure materials for installation, handling blocks and mats for equipment outriggers, assisting operators and riggers in maintaining clearance during lifts, and retrieving required tools from the tool room each day. Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of industrial construction or maintenance industry experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in staging materials and necessary tools to execute each work activity.
- Assist in laying out and measuring materials for installation.
- Lay out and retrieve blocks and mats for equipment outriggers when needed.
- Assist operators and riggers with maintaining clearance while lifts are being conducted.
- Retrieve all necessary tools from the tool room on a daily basis.
