The Rigger Helper 1 executes helper duties in support of an assigned crew. The role assists with staging and laying out materials and tools, setting out and retrieving blocks and mats for equipment outriggers, and helping operators and riggers maintain clearance during lifts. Requirements
- Entry-level position.
- Industrial construction or maintenance industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist in staging materials and necessary tools for each work activity.
- Assist with the layout and measurement of materials for installation.
- Lay out and retrieve blocks and mats for equipment outriggers when needed.
- Assist operators and riggers with maintaining clearance while lifts are being conducted.
- Retrieve all necessary tools from the tool room daily.
