About The Position
An established civil litigation law firm is seeking a Rideshare and UM/UIM Defense Associate. You will report directly to a partner and will handle court appearances, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation, while communicating regularly with clients.
Requirements
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on rideshare and Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) defense
- Demonstrated experience drafting and arguing motions
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to prepare for and participate in trials, as needed
- Active member of the California State Bar
