About The Position

As an integral member of our Technical Services team, you will ensure our world-class rides and attractions are inspected, maintained, and repaired to the highest industry standards. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to study and learn complex amusement attraction maintenance using a structured training program.
• Proven hands-on experience installing, servicing, and maintaining electromechanical equipment.
• Deep familiarity with the best-practice tools and diagnostic methods used to troubleshoot industrial machinery.
• Strong practical math skills.
• Comfort with using iPad tablet to complete work orders with our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, stand and walk across varied park terrains, and comfortably lift, carry, or pull at least 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with industrial machinery, processing/distribution systems, or heavy conveyor networks.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, and troubleshoot advanced electromechanical systems on amusement park rides, automated animation, and specialized attractions using manufacturer manuals.
• Operate machine tools including drill presses, power saws, grinders, hydraulic presses, metal shears, torque wrenches, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Ensure total compliance with internal safety procedures and established ASTM, NEC, OSHA, state, and local electrical codes.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, work orders, and inventory tracking within our modern Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
• Tackle specialized projects and new challenges as assigned to keep the resort running perfectly.
