About The Position

MV Transportation is seeking a Seattle-based Rider Services Representative responsible for a variety of clerical duties. This role includes reconciling driver manifests, accurate data entry in Trapeze software, taking reservations, providing information, assisting with the application process, preparing eligibility letters and pre-paid tickets, and assisting the Accounting Manager with other assigned duties. The ideal candidate will possess basic Excel skills, excellent ten-key skills, attention to detail, professionalism, superior customer service abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced office. Good communication skills are essential.

Experience with Microsoft Word
