As a Ride Operator, you're the one who welcomes riders, keeps them safe, and sends them off smiling — the face of every "first ride" memory guests take home.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Safety-minded and calm under pressure
- A friendly, guest-first personality that builds trust
- Able to multitask and work independently
Nice To Haves
- POS or cash-handling experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and confidence
- Perform safety checks and make sure every rider is secure
- Operate ride controls safely and precisely, following all policies and procedures
- Follow every safety protocol before, during, and after each ride cycle
- Keep an eye on ride areas for cleanliness, hazards, or maintenance needs
- Handle POS transactions and cash accurately
