About The Position

As a Thrill Ride Navigator at The City Forum, you will be responsible for guiding guests through exhilarating ride experiences while ensuring their safety and enjoyment. This role involves operating ride controls, performing safety checks, and creating an exciting atmosphere for every guest. You will be part of memorable moments for guests, such as their first roller coaster ride or big drop.

Exceptional guest service skills are required.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Must be customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and work independently.
At least 18 years or older.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Professionalism and dependability.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds.
Bending, stooping, and maintaining stamina throughout shifts.

Nice To Haves

Point of Sale and cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome riders with warmth and confidence
Perform safety checks and ensure every rider is secure
Operate ride controls with precision and focus
Build anticipation and excitement for each adventure
Operate rides and attractions safely and in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed before, during, and after each ride cycle.
Monitor ride areas for cleanliness, hazards, or maintenance needs.
Assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, and lane set-up.
Operate POS systems for lane rentals, reservations, and other transactions.
Maintain cleanliness in bowling areas, including tables, counters, chairs, and floors.
