About The Position

The Entry Ride Operator is the conductor and entertainer for members, ensuring all vehicles are processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel. This role involves interacting with customers, maintaining exterior site cleanliness, and creating a memorable experience while preparing vehicles prior to entering the car wash tunnel. A successful candidate will love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. They must be highly motivated, have an outgoing, and a friendly personality. Extensive hands-on and online training will be provided for all team members. Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 16 years of age or older
• Willing to work evenings and weekends
• Basic Computer Skills
• Self-motivated
• Highly motivated
• Outgoing, and a friendly personality
• Love working outdoors in all conditions
• Excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done!
• Able to lift at least 20lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
• Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Capable (and willing) to work in both extreme outdoor weather elements – hot and cold

• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge a plus

Responsibilities

• Speak/Sing into microphone or headset
• Entertain customers and members
• Points to directional signs while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards
• Interact with all customers
• Responsible for exterior site cleanliness
• Creating a memorable experience in all interactions while preparing the vehicles prior to entering the car wash tunnel
• Making sure all vehicles are being processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel
• Other duties as assigned
