The role also supports sales goals, inventory and fulfillment processes, and store social media efforts. Employees should be available for a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays. The physical requirements include standing and walking for extended periods, various movement and reaching tasks, and moving or lifting items up to 30 pounds. The work environment has a moderate noise level. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, the estimated pay range is $17–$20 per hour. Eligible employees may participate in an employee benefits program and an incentive program, subject to applicable program rules and eligibility.

Requirements

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the dress code.
Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
Confidence in using office and retail equipment, including computers, phones, and printers.
Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, climb, walk, and stand for long durations.
Ability to move and lift equipment and supplies of up to 30 pounds.
Vision abilities including close, distance, color peripheral, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Maintain strong knowledge of products, including SKUs, fit, and features.
Operate the POS system to manage sales, returns, exchanges, and balance cash drawers.
Support and achieve sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting in-store offers.
Guide customers to merchandise and help increase in-store sales.
Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
Handle inventory tasks, including restocking, shipments, and inventory counts.
Contribute to omni-channel sales and fulfillment processes.
Assist with store social media efforts, including taking photos.
Carry out other duties as requested.
