The Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI), the designated state agency for growing Massachusetts’ digital health ecosystem, is seeking a detail-oriented individual interested in health care technology to support grant management for programs funded through the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). MeHI administers four RHTP programs for the Commonwealth: the Rural Digital Health Sandbox Program, Rural SHINE-HT Program, Rural Cybersecurity Program, and Rural Health Information Exchange (HIE) Technical Assistance Hubs Program. The RHTP Grants Program Manager works under the direction of the MeHI Director and manages grants and databases for these programs. The role collaborates with MeHI program leads, the MassCyberCenter, MassTech, the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), Deloitte, and other RHTP team members to ensure grantee contractual and financial obligations are met and reporting requirements are fulfilled. The position is supported by a federal CMS grant anticipated to fund the role for up to five years, with funding reviewed and awarded annually; continued employment depends on annual grant funding availability. The position requires working at the Westborough, Massachusetts office at least two days per week and is not fully remote. Travel between MassTech office locations and attendance at off-site meetings are required as needed, including travel between Boston and Westborough; some sites may not be accessible by public transportation. The salary range is $90,000–$93,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
