About The Position
Seeking a Rheumatologist for a Locum Tenens position in Winston-Salem, NC. This is an outpatient clinical role covering from December 1, 2026, to June 1, 2027. The schedule is Monday-Wednesday, 8 am-5 pm. The average daily patient volume is 18-21. The facility uses Epic EMR and provides support staff including 1 MA and 1 Office Staff. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC).
- Valid NC license or IMLC.
- BLS certification.
- Experience with Arthrocentesis.
- Experience with Thoracentesis.
- Experience with Joint/soft tissue Injection.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinical care in Rheumatology.
- Manage an average daily patient volume of 18-21 patients.
- Perform required procedures including Arthrocentesis, Thoracentesis, and Joint/soft tissue Injection.
