About The Position

HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Rheumatologist to join an established outpatient practice in Blackfoot, Idaho. This opportunity offers a strong referral network, physician autonomy, a flexible schedule, and no hospital call requirements. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build on an established rheumatology practice while working within a collaborative, nonprofit healthcare environment. The practice focuses on diagnosing and managing a broad range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions, providing comprehensive outpatient consultations and longitudinal care. The role involves developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating therapies, collaborating with other physicians, and participating in quality-improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho
• Strong commitment to patient-centered outpatient care
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions
• Provide comprehensive outpatient consultations and longitudinal care
• Develop individualized treatment and disease-management plans
• Coordinate infusion therapies and specialty services when appropriate
• Collaborate with referring primary care and specialty physicians
• Build lasting relationships with patients requiring ongoing rheumatologic care
• Participate in quality-improvement and practice-development initiatives
