Growing practice is looking for a Rheumatologist in Santa Cruz, CA. Join a collaborative group of providers dedicated to improving patient outcomes and supporting long-term professional growth. This is a long-standing private practice, established for over three decades, located in a sought-after coastal California college town. The practice features two on-site infusion centers and fosters a close-knit, collaborative team that supports a healthy work/life balance. This opportunity offers partnership potential and involves stepping into a well-established patient base left by a retiring Rheumatologist. The role is entirely outpatient, with no inpatient responsibilities or on-call duties, emphasizing a strong balance between work and personal life.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology
- Licensed in California, or eligible to obtain licensure
- Applicants currently in practice or incoming 2027 Fellows are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Provide rheumatology care to an established patient base.
- Work collaboratively with one existing Rheumatologist.
- Utilize on-site infusion centers.
- Maintain a strong balance between work and personal life.
