About The Position

We are looking for an RFQ Specialist to join our Operations team and support supplier sourcing and pricing processes. The primary goal of this role is to manage supplier quotations and RFQ documentation, ensure pricing aligns with client needs, and collaborate across departments to deliver accurate and competitive proposals. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and confident managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English at B2/C1 level
Prior experience in RFQ, procurement, or order management is required
Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection and the ability to fully participate in remote meetings and tasks
Location: Kazakhstan

Additional language skills are a plus
Experience in the metalworking or on-demand manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
Proficiency with ERP systems and experience using transactional IT systems is preferred
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple RFQs simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and accurate record-keeping
Ability to solve unexpected or complex issues independently
Results-driven approach with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines

Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential suppliers
Collect, analyze, and compare supplier quotations based on client-specific requirements
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve the best value for the company
Prepare and present clear and complete RFQ documents and pricing proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFQ activities and supplier communications
Collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, and other departments to ensure effective cross-functional coordination
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to support RFQ decision-making
