Requirements

Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical, operational, compliance, and business concepts into persuasive, audience-focused content; strong project management, analytical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5+ years of relevant experience in proposal development, RFx management, or related fields within healthcare, employee benefits, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
Experience using proposal automation platforms such as Responsive (RFPIO) or similar solutions.
Familiarity with AI-enabled writing and content management tools is preferred.

Nice To Haves

APMP Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Shape winning proposals that help drive new business growth and deepen strategic partnerships by telling the Alegeus story in a compelling and authentic way.
Partner with leaders across Product, Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Service Operations, Information Technology, and executive teams to transform complex expertise into clear, client-focused solutions.
Lead high-impact RFx projects from kickoff through submission, ensuring every response is accurate, compliant, polished, and delivered on time.
Develop persuasive, customized proposal content that highlights customer value, competitive differentiation, and strategic advantages while strengthening the Alegeus brand.
Leverage innovative proposal technologies, AI-enabled writing tools, and knowledge management platforms to improve efficiency, elevate quality, and support continuous improvement.
Help build the future of proposal excellence at Alegeus by enhancing content libraries, identifying market trends, and contributing to scalable processes, tools, and best practices.
