The RFP Specialist plays a critical role in advancing the strategic sales objectives of T. Rowe Price’s global distribution units by supporting client servicing and prospecting activities. This includes ensuring that Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) are created accurately and timely in accordance with client expectations. Coordination with global distribution units and subject matter experts (e.g. product, investment) as needed is essential to complete these requests with the objective of winning and retaining business. The RFP Specialist is responsible for supporting senior RFP team members as well as managing less complex requests independently as appropriate. The RFP Specialist is expected to adhere to internal processes and partner effectively with team members across Global RFP to deliver high quality, compelling documents.
