About The Position

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an RFMSS Scheduler / Functional Administrator to support the National Training Center Range Operations and Maintenance contract. The position administers, maintains, and operates the current version of RFMSS; schedules and de-conflicts range and training-area use; allocates resources subject to Government approval; maintains standardized system data; supports users; and produces required utilization, scheduling, and administrative reports.

  • Implement Government-provided RFMSS updates and data-entry guidance within three working days.
  • Notify the Range Officer and OSCOR of RFMSS failures within two hours.
  • Continue operations using hard-copy procedures and upload all information after restoration.
  • Conduct quarterly data scrubs.
  • Respond to internal and external RFMSS data inquiries.
  • Produce utilization and annual range operating/repair cost reports.

Responsibilities

  • Perform duties as the installation RFMSS administrator and maintain and operate the current version of RFMSS.

  • Schedule planned training and administrative events in accordance with G3 priorities and allocate resources subject to Government approval.
  • Conduct quarterly range and training-land in-progress reviews; lock in user requests as directed and de-conflict previously scheduled resources when guidance changes.
  • Produce and distribute the daily electronic range and training bulletin; produce and distribute hard-copy bulletins during system outages.
