This role focuses on designing test solutions for modern Aerospace and Defense market systems, including RADAR, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Satellite communication, secure military communications, and cybersecurity verification. The position involves international collaboration with colleagues and Keysight R&D centers worldwide. The Solution Architect is a key liaison between customers and Keysight teams, responsible for collecting and translating customer requirements into implementable, differentiated solutions using Keysight's measurement technology, bespoke development, and commercial components. This includes defining system and acceptance criteria and tests.

Requirements

Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent.
Up-to-date knowledge of Aerospace and Defense technologies and applications: RADAR, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Space and Satellite, Secure Communications, Spectrum Monitoring and Signal Analysis.
Experience with RF test systems and technologies.
Experience in designing complex test solutions.
Experience in Software Development with Matlab, C#, C++, Python.
Some experience with simulation and correlation of simulation to measurement.
Fluent in English + local language.
Good communication skills (cross hierarchy, cultural, multi modal).
Good negotiation skills, ability to formulate trade-off criteria (technical – commercial).
Comfortable presenting to larger audiences.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international, multi day, multiple times per month).
Relevant experience in RADAR and Electronic Warfare, Signal Processing and communications.
Minimum of five years in a technical, customer-facing role.

Nice To Haves

Test and verification experience, and/or senior level design validation / verification.
Not necessarily from Test & Measurement background.
Experience in definition and delivery of Statement of Work type consultancy projects.

Responsibilities

Collect and translate customer requirements into implementable, differentiated solutions using Keysight’s measurement technology, bespoke development, and/or commercially available components.
Define system and acceptance criteria and tests.
Design test solutions addressing the requirements of modern systems for the Aerospace and Defense market, including test systems for RADAR, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, Satellite communication, secure military communications, and cybersecurity verification and test.
Engage in international cooperation with colleagues worldwide and various Keysight R&D centers.
Acquire and develop solutions within an international team focused on technology and industry teams for wireless, Aerospace and Defense, and Digital.
