Enterprise - RF Software Engineer - Linux, C++, DSP
About The Position
Erias Ventures is seeking a Radio Frequency Software Engineer to join their software development team. This role involves designing and implementing Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms in software, with a specific focus on high-throughput exploitation of signals, low signal-to-noise ratio, higher-order, and/or adaptive modulations. The engineer will also be responsible for conducting necessary modifications to existing software and/or firmware to adapt Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) products to meet special Government needs. Additionally, the role requires providing concise explanations of developed models to enable other team members to understand and utilize them for processing signals of interest.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
- Four (4) years of experience on projects with similar software processes.
- May substitute two (2) years of experience with Masters of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
- May substitute four (4) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Formal training in, or demonstrated proficiency with C++/Linux experience.
- A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required.
- Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement DSP algorithms in software.
