About The Position
As an RF Engineer at Lam, you design, build, and troubleshoot radio frequency (RF) solutions for power delivery and plasma generation in Lam’s Etch and Deposition products. The role focuses on using RF as a power source and developing generator designs, helping enable new power sources for Lam’s wafer fabrication equipment. The position is part of the Global Products Group, which designs and engineers Lam’s etch and deposition products.
Requirements
- Typically, at least 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a master’s degree; or a PhD with no experience; or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities

- Build and troubleshoot RF solutions for Etch and Deposition products.
