As an RF electrical engineer for Tactical Communications, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for providing rapid prototype mission critical solutions to our customer community. Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field.
  • Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree plus 6 months relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Proficient using electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed Signal circuit analysis/design
  • Background in test, troubleshooting, and reading circuit card schematics

Responsibilities

  • RF PCB schematic and layout design
  • Hands-on lab work optimizing and evaluating RF circuits using state of the art tools and test equipment.
  • Design and evaluation of RF front ends, IF sections, filters, phase-locked loops, AGC loops, synthesizers, power amplifiers, etc...
  • Analysis and/or definition of electrical requirements, RF performance, components, and interfaces.
  • Formulating, evaluating, implementing solutions to technical issues
  • Technical reviews of peer work
  • Evaluation of vendor capability
