About The Position

RF Design Engineer to create and test advanced RF designs. This role involves designing, simulating, optimizing, and testing high frequency RF subsystems on PCBAs. The engineer will analyze test data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve RF system performance. Strong RF troubleshooting abilities are required for resolving issues down to the component level. Hands-on circuit prototyping using solid RF techniques for accurate measurements and circuit characterization is strongly desired. The role requires working effectively within a cross-functional team environment, including hardware, software, firmware, and mechanical disciplines. The engineer will also provide RF design support to the production team and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity and skill in using RF instruments such as Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Noise Sources, Network Analyzers, and PNAX for precision RF measurements is essential to validate circuit and design performance. A proactive attitude, commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and strong self-motivation to improve skills and expand knowledge of RF are expected.
