Requirements

Attention to detail is critical, as you will be inspecting products meticulously to identify defects and ensure rework is performed accurately.
Strong problem-solving abilities will help you troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions to keep production moving smoothly.
Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with your team and report findings clearly.
2+ years of printed circuit board soldering and assembly.
Know how to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
Familiar with the ERSA IR550 Rework System and all inspection aids and tools in performing soldering and assembly functions.

Nice To Haves

Relevant education is a plus.
IPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspecting products to identify defects and performing necessary rework tasks to meet quality standards.
Operate and maintain rework machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout your shifts.
Document and report any issues encountered during the rework process.
Collaborate closely with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes.
Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
Effectively rework components on printed circuit boards.
Assemble and solder components on printed circuit boards as needed.
