Requirements

  • Attention to detail is critical, as you will be inspecting products meticulously to identify defects and ensure rework is performed accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities will help you troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with your team and report findings clearly.
  • 2+ years of printed circuit board soldering and assembly.
  • Know how to interpret assembly drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
  • Familiar with the ERSA IR550 Rework System and all inspection aids and tools in performing soldering and assembly functions.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant education is a plus.
  • IPC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspecting products to identify defects and performing necessary rework tasks to meet quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain rework machinery, ensuring optimal performance throughout your shifts.
  • Document and report any issues encountered during the rework process.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to streamline workflows and improve processes.
  • Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Effectively rework components on printed circuit boards.
  • Assemble and solder components on printed circuit boards as needed.
