About The Position

This is a temporary position for a Rework Operator specializing in soldering. The role requires a reliable individual with a positive attitude who can perform various tasks related to the assembly and repair of cell strings and modules. The operator will be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring quality through testing, and adhering to safety and production standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, manuals and instructions
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• One year or more of soldering experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform 5S in their respective areas
• Communicate production information to oncoming shift
• Perform all duties in a safe, reliable and efficient manner
• Maintain soldering and workstation equipment
• Perform repairs of cell strings and modules
• Use test equipment to verify temperatures of workstation and soldering iron
• Verifies quality of soldering using imaging and electrical testing
• Assemble circuits requiring fine hand assembly
• Verify cell grade, manufacturer, color series by correctly reading labels
• Other duties or tasks as assigned by leadership
