About The Position

The Rework Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the rework of components, ensuring adherence to HSE and Quality requirements, and managing various operational tasks. This role involves learning to operate equipment, communicating with internal and external customers, and maintaining accurate records within company systems.

Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
• Learn to operate various types of forklifts and cranes.
• Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willing to learn company systems TAT and EDS.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all HSE and Quality requirements.
• Complete all relevant company web-based training.
• Perform 5S and housekeeping tasks as required by procedures.
• Perform counts on all tools annually for accuracy.
• Coordinate with vendors or in-house machinist for rework of components.
• Update components in TAT.
• Upload various documents to OnBase, TAT or EDS as required.
• Follow all SSP’s and procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with shift supervisors about component needs daily.
• Responsible for the efficient and safe operation of equipment.
• Participate in action plans for new projects as defined by supervisor.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by manager.
