About The Position
Labelink is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join their team on 1st shift in the Finishing Department. This role offers straight shifts with no rotations, no mandatory overtime, and optional overtime availability. The company values work-life balance and offers competitive pay with raises and bonuses.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
- Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
- Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
