About The Position

We are excited to announce an opening on our Rewards Team, supporting one of the most dynamic areas of our casino. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable gifting experiences. If you love interacting with people and want to be part of the excitement on the casino floor, we’d love to have you on our team. Under general supervision of the Player Rewards Supervisor, Player Rewards Staff support the casino’s loyalty and promotions program by engaging with guests, distributing gifts and promotional items, and ensuring a positive and seamless rewards experience. This role focuses on customer service, accuracy, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all players. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate-weight items (e.g., boxes of gifts)
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, guest focused environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hospitality, retail, or casino experience is helpful but not required
