About The Position

The Rewards Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the front-line operations of the Rewards Desk with a focus on NP Rewards members. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the GameSense program by educating guests about how gambling works, dispelling myths about gambling, and implementing responsible gambling techniques. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience (customer service, front desk, hospitality, guest service, etc) Required
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Required

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, establish rapport, and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and adhering to guest requests
  • Maintain an effective and efficient Rewards Desk, through coaching, motivating, training and supervising all Rewards Representatives
  • Understand principles of responsible gaming and ensure consistent promotion of GameSense to all guests
  • Assist members with rewards and benefits based upon specific guidelines for levels of play and/or spend
  • Promote and engage NP Rewards Representatives in promotion of NP Rewards
  • Evaluate and resolve member issues with point, comp, FREEPLAY, Tier Credits and any other concerns related to NP Rewards
