The Rewards Desk Supervisor is responsible for supervising the front-line operations of the Rewards Desk with a focus on NP Rewards members. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the GameSense program by educating guests about how gambling works, dispelling myths about gambling, and implementing responsible gambling techniques. All duties are to be performed in accordance with department and property policies, practices and procedures.
