About The Position

Orchard Canyon is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk team member to create a warm welcome for every arriving guest and a gracious farewell at departure. This role involves managing check-ins, check-outs, guest messages, and reservations. The ideal candidate will keep the front desk, lobby, and guest areas organized and welcoming, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs are met. This position also supports guests with information and directions, and during quieter hours, assists with maintaining cleanliness and restocking. Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Experienced in hospitality, customer service, or reception roles.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • A natural communicator with warmth, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Someone who thrives in an intimate, values-driven environment where every role matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Hotel/lodge experience a plus.
  • Scheduling or reservation software experience is helpful but not required.

  • Stay engaged during quieter hours by keeping spaces clean, tidy, restocking, and preparing for arrivals.
