About The Position

The Rewards Center Representative is responsible for providing consistent, courteous service to Guests while promoting the GLC Rewards card and marketing/promotional events. At Gun Lake Casino, every Team Member is an ambassador, essential to the success of our company and our culture. We expect that all Team Members take personal ownership in ensuring that everything they do is in the best interest of Gun Lake Casino and embody the core values of the Seven Grandfather Teachings: Love, Truth, Respect, Bravery, Honesty, Wisdom, and Humility.

Requirements

  • One (1) plus years of experience in customer service or hospitality required.
  • Must have ability to efficiently and accurately key in data into database.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must obtain a Gun Lake Tribal Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

  • Work experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to a high energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun, dynamic, unsurpassed service.
  • Always provides a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the property as well as all marketing, promotional and special event initiatives.
  • Responsible for enrolling guests into the property’s GLC Rewards program while maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
  • Respond to guests’ requests, complaints and/or inquiries while being courteous and prompt.
  • Responsible for always practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino’s “Unsurpassed Service Standards.”
  • Maintain a high level of personal integrity on and off duty.
  • Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Interact with Guests in a friendly and courteous manner and handle all Guest opportunities promptly.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
  • All other duties as assigned.
