About The Position

Responsible for the creation of all day-to-day operational policies and procedures for the Rewards Center. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, performance appraisals and recommendations for discipline for Rewards Center Team Members. Responsible for supervision of Rewards Center Representatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficient in but not limited to CMS, LMS, Infogenesis and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous management or supervision required.
