Position Summary Trulioo is seeking a highly motivated and talented Reward & Analytics Specialist to join our People Team. Reporting to the People Manager, this role supports the delivery of compensation processes, benchmarking, incentive administration, and people analytics, including reporting and metrics to enable informed decision-making across the organization. This will be a full-time, permanent position working out of the Vancouver office on a hybrid model (3-days per week in the office).

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years’ experience in reward, compensation, or broader People/HR roles.
  • Experience supporting total rewards activities, including benchmarking, incentives, job leveling, and compensation review cycles.
  • Experience with salary benchmarking and compensation surveys (e.g. Pave, Ravio, Radford, Mercer).
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and/or compensation tools to support reward processes and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and experience with HR systems.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage accurate datasets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support salary benchmarking and analyse internal compensation data, and participate in external remuneration surveys to support market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Contribute to compensation activities, including job leveling, market matching, and career framework support.
  • Lead the administration and ongoing maintenance of bonus and incentive plans, including eligibility, targets, performance measures, and payout calculations.
  • Ensure reward and benefits practices comply with relevant legislation, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Support compensation processes across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with local market practices.
  • Support the setup and execution of annual compensation review cycles within compensation tools and People systems
  • Support pay equity analyses and audits to ensure fair and consistent compensation practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reward and reporting processes, and contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Build, maintain, and enhance people and compensation dashboards, reports, and presentations for the People team and senior stakeholders.
  • Deliver headcount, compensation, and workforce analytics to support workforce planning, organisational design, and reward decisions.
  • Support the analysis of performance, engagement surveys, and reward data, identifying trends and translating findings into clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to align data, reporting cadence, and outputs.
  • Ensure data integrity through validation, quality checks, and adherence to internal SOP’s
  • Support the review and rollout of sales compensation plans
  • Contribute to People-related projects and tasks as required.
