Wood has an exciting opportunity for a Reward Lead on a permanent basis. This role is open to remote working so applicants can be based anywhere within the UK. The position is part of the Reward & Mobility global team, reporting to the Reward Manager for APAC & EMEA you will support our regional Reward Team. The role will leverage expertise in both compensation and benefits. The Role This role will provide reward expertise across the following aspects: Fixed reward – base salary, compensation structures, and pay management Variable reward – short- and long-term incentives programs Employee benefits – design, implement, annual reviews, optimisation of benefits offerings Governance – alignment with corporate governance standards The primary objective will be to ensure that reward practices attract, retain, and motivate top talent while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with HR and senior leadership to influence and provide valuable insights and recommendations to guide decision-making as well as being the process and procedural expert across the total reward approach for your area. Whist supporting reward activities across EMEA and APAC, the role will hold primary accountability for UK reward matters including annual benefits enrolment, benefits governance and regulatory requirements such as UK & Ireland pay gap reporting. The role may also lead and support reward transformation initiatives, market reviews, salary structure analysis and the development of reward frameworks, providing recommendations and insight to support business and HR decision making. This role will support developing knowledge and understanding among senior leaders, HR teams and employees, with a focus on total reward.
