About The Position

Revival is a fitness brand for everyone, devoted to supporting individuals in their fitness journeys, personal growth, and self-realization. Requirements

  • Must be 20 years of age.
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks which may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
  • May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support management by directing activities to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation.
  • Drive associate and guest engagement.
  • Provide exceptional guest service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty when managers are not present.
  • Develop the team through coaching, investment, retention, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
  • Create a learning environment for associates.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns, involving management when necessary.
  • Communicate information clearly to all levels of the team.
  • Hold self and employees accountable for financial results and statistical standards.
  • Manage conflict and coach by applying company processes, standards, and guidelines.
  • Empower and involve associates in decision-making.
  • Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing contributions.
  • Lead through change and adversity.
  • Build relationships with guests and create guest loyalty.
  • Consistently receive positive, unsolicited guest feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and guests.

  • Support an environment of learning and trust by acting as a positive role model.
  • Ensure attainment of sales and inventory shortage goals.
  • Implement merchandise presentation, restocking, and recovery to maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company values, practices, and operational standards.
  • Meet or exceed store and individual goals for Sales Per Hour (SPH), Dollars Per Transaction (DPT), and Units Per Transaction (UPT).
  • Control workflow through planning and delegation.
  • Execute task directives within designated timeframes.
  • Complete opening/closing procedures with a guest focus.
  • Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards.
  • Participate in and assist with inventory preparation.
  • Participate in store walk-throughs, communicating successes and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with the executive team.
  • Recommend ideas to improve standards and processes.
  • Report to work as scheduled and record time accurately.
  • Remain flexible to business needs.
  • Receive feedback and foster dialogue around solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of brand aesthetic and relevance to the store environment.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
  • Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays.
  • Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming.
