About The Position

Ayoroa Simmons is seeking Revit professionals to join their on-site team in Arlington, Virginia. This role supports an ongoing program to modernize building documentation by converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based BIM environment. The work will directly enhance the value of building data for operations, maintenance, and renovation projects. Requirements

• 3+ years of Revit experience (AEC, facilities, construction, or related field)
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families)
• Proficient with Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems modeling
• Familiar with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and COBie
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass background screening

• Experience with point clouds

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems
• Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to LOD 300+ Revit models
• Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data
• Support Revit template creation and BIM workflows
• Conduct model QA/QC
• Maintain model metadata and version control
• Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders
• Participate in BIM meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
• Index drawings and models into a secure project data repository
• Perform file conversions and ensure records compliance
• Respond to service requests
• Provide visual deliverables to support planning and project execution
• Assist with training on BIM standards and tools
