About The Position
S Y Lee Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced MEP CAD Designer to support the production of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing construction documents. The ideal candidate is proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit and can produce accurate, high-quality construction documents for commercial, educational, healthcare, municipal, private, and public sector projects while working closely with our engineering team.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit required.
- Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice To Haves
- 3+ years of MEP drafting/design experience preferred.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing building systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP construction drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Develop plans, details, schedules, and equipment layouts.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other design disciplines.
- Revise drawings based on engineering markups and client comments.
- Maintain company drafting standards and meet project deadlines.
