About The Position
A fast-growing healthcare and pharmacy organization is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Reverse Distribution Manager to help oversee and support the development of a new reverse distribution operation.
Requirements
- Previous pharmaceutical reverse distribution experience required
- Background in reverse logistics, warehouse, or operations management
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical returns and compliance procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to help build operations
Responsibilities
- Oversee pharmaceutical reverse distribution operations and workflows
- Support returns processing, manufacturer credits, and inventory management
- Help develop operational procedures and compliance processes
- Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, and pharmaceutical regulations
- Coordinate with pharmacies, manufacturers, and logistics partners
- Assist with warehouse and operational planning
