About The Position

Syndio is seeking a Revenue Systems & Operations Manager to own the systems that power its go-to-market motion and the recurring operations that keep it running. This role involves administering the Salesforce environment and the connected GTM tech stack, managing the operational cadence for Sales and Customer Success, and automating repetitive processes. The position is a blend of systems administration and operational management, focusing on making processes less manual and more automated. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building with AI and agentic tooling, working across the entire revenue motion, and ensuring their work is visible to leadership. This role is key to scaling the Revenue Operations engine for the company's next phase of growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue operations.
  • Experience owning recurring commercial processes such as commissions, deal desk, close, or territory management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep Salesforce capability, including architecture and automation (building flows, designing data models, reasoning about downstream impact).
  • Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack tools like Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Claude, and Cora.ai.
  • Track record of automating manual work with measurable improvements.
  • Experience building with AI and agentic or workflow automation platforms.
  • Rigorous with numbers; ability to reconcile before reporting.
  • Understanding of commercial context, including how territory design, quota, and deal structure influence revenue behavior.
  • Ability to operate well on a small team, prioritize independently, ask good questions before building, and improve existing processes.
  • Clear communication skills with non-technical partners, explaining systems tradeoffs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Salesforce as the system of record, including objects, fields, flows, validation, permissions, and data architecture.
  • Own the connected GTM tech stack and the integrations between systems, ensuring sync integrity and data hygiene.
  • Own commission calculation and reporting, partnering with Finance on accuracy and exception handling.
  • Run deal desk operations and audits, including approval workflow integrity and pricing and discount compliance.
  • Own the monthly and quarterly revenue operations close, including data validation and reporting handoffs.
  • Maintain territory and quota books through rebalancing, coverage changes, and mid-year adjustments.
  • Identify and systematically automate the highest-cost recurring manual processes, including automated reconciliation and exception flagging.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI and automation tooling across the GTM stack, and document implemented solutions.
  • Partner with Marketing on the systems and data seams between marketing operations and the revenue stack.
