About The Position

The Revenue Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the company’s Go-To-Market technology stack in support of Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. This role manages Salesforce and related revenue platforms (including PRM, Experience Cloud, and marketing automation systems such as Pardot / Account Engagement) to ensure scalable processes, clean data, and seamless cross-functional workflows that drive pipeline visibility and revenue performance. The position plays a critical role in enabling the full revenue engine across the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience administering Salesforce in a production environment
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and/or Partner teams
  • Experience managing PRM environments
  • Experience with Experience Cloud
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or similar marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, revenue processes, and data governance
  • Experience building declarative automation (Flows)

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Experience with revenue tech stack integrations (CPQ, analytics tools, PRM, etc.)
  • Experience conducting system and access governance audits

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and related GTM platforms, including user management, security, objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and system governance.
  • Manage the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) environment and Experience Cloud (Partner Portal), including partner onboarding workflows, access controls, deal registration, and data visibility.
  • Support Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (or similar tools), including lead routing, scoring, campaign attribution, and alignment between Marketing and Sales processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain declarative automation (Flows, approvals, routing logic) to streamline Sales, Marketing, and Partner workflows while improving efficiency and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support pipeline health, partner performance, marketing attribution, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, deduplication, and validation enforcement; manage integrations across the revenue tech stack and maintain compliance and security standards.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Sales, Marketing, and Partner users; deliver onboarding and documentation; monitor system releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business priorities.
