About The Position

Libra Solutions is seeking a full-time Revenue Strategy Analyst to manage internal and client-facing reporting for the revenue department. This role involves building and analyzing financial models, focusing on financial analytics, and collaborating with project management, operations, and data teams. The analyst will represent the revenue department in stakeholder meetings across the company, requiring strong presentation and communication skills to present findings to the revenue leadership team and coordinate with the legal team for contract reviews. This position requires excellent organizational skills and direct interaction with C-level executives. The analytics team's mission is to act as consultants and leaders for the organization by identifying strategic opportunities, analyzing available possibilities, and delivering efficient solutions. Success is measured by the ability to produce results that add additional revenue, improve operational efficiency, or create actionable visibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in financial modeling and reporting
  • Strong Excel experience generating financial models
  • Strong presentation skills presenting findings to CXO level
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience building financial models
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (finance, accounting, economics, or related field required)
  • Fundamental and working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling
  • Ability to work with and analyze large data sets
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting team members as needed to complete projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or analytics
  • Experience with SQL a plus
  • Project Management background a plus
