About The Position

The Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, Area supports the daily financial and people operations of 2–3 assigned accounts, performing the hands-on work of cash office administration, HQ reporting, accounts payable coordination, and day-to-day people operations tasks across the employee lifecycle at each location. This role may supervise assigned team members at each account, providing task direction and quality checks on their work under the guidance of the General Manager. The Revenue & People Operations Supervisor, Area operates primarily through direct execution of established processes — cash reconciliation, timekeeping administration, onboarding coordination — across assigned accounts, escalating discrepancies, policy questions, and non-routine issues to site leadership at the relevant account rather than resolving them independently. Their core responsibility is the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of daily financial and people-operations tasks that keep each assigned location running.

Requirements

  • Five years of cash handling experience
  • Three to five years of administrative, cash room, or related operational experience
  • Prior experience coordinating or supervising the work of others across a multi-site or fast-paced operational environment
  • Experience supporting hiring, onboarding, employee records, or attendance/timekeeping administration across more than one location (including I-9 compliance and recordkeeping)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes up to 35–50 lbs as necessary
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as business requires
  • Regular travel between assigned accounts (2–3) within the district/region as business needs require
  • Valid driver's license required for travel between accounts or for roles involving a company vehicle or golf cart, subject to DMV check

Responsibilities

  • Performs the daily work of cash office administration and financial reporting across assigned accounts, following established HQ processes and escalating variances to the Management team at each location.
  • Supervises assigned cashiers, evaluates performance, and coaches and documents cash handling practices at each assigned account.
  • Oversees daily cash office operations across assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, security, and timely completion of HQ-required reporting.
  • Completes required HQ reporting for each assigned account, including Petty Cash, OSCR, Gross Sales Report, OFR, Trial Balance Reports, Invoicing, Fintech, and Sales by Stand reports.
  • Administers HQ Accounts Payable software and related transmissions and reports across assigned accounts.
  • Contacts vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, overshipments, or arrange emergency shipments at any assigned account.
  • Meets fiscal deadlines and communicates financial variances to the Management team promptly at each location.
  • Supports payroll and controllable profit tracking within established budget guidelines through scheduling and coverage planning across assigned accounts.
  • Provides day-to-day administrative and facilities support across assigned accounts, following established procedures and communicating issues to the appropriate team at each location.
  • Maintains storage systems and warehousing procedures to support efficient use of space at each assigned account.
  • Provides branch administrative support, including phones, word processing, and related office functions, across assigned accounts.
  • Documents and communicates discrepancies, including employee accountability issues, to the office and Management team at each account.
  • Communicates routinely with SSA HQ, the Director of Audits and Controls, the Office Team, and the client and site Management Team at each assigned account.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment across all assigned accounts, and supports SSAfety training and daily operational expectations.
  • Supports the day-to-day people operations function across assigned accounts, executing established onboarding and recruiting processes and escalating exceptions to site leadership at the relevant account.
  • Supports the on-site employee experience from hire to exit at each assigned account, helping build a welcoming and engaged team culture.
  • Helps execute HQ-led and local employee engagement activities under the direction of leadership at each account.
  • Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day questions on EAP, leave, and benefit programs across assigned accounts, directing employees to the correct resource.
  • Supports the recruiting cycle for hourly roles at each assigned account, including postings, pipeline management, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Owns end-to-end onboarding coordination and start-date readiness at each account, including new hire documentation, uniforms, badges, and access credentials.
  • Administers timekeeping and training tracking across assigned accounts per established company processes, flagging discrepancies and escalating recurring patterns rather than resolving policy questions independently.
  • Ensures timeclocks are set up and working properly at each assigned account, with employee time records accurate and approvals submitted within payroll deadlines.
  • Helps department managers track attendance trends, absences, tardiness, and missing punches across assigned accounts, flagging discrepancies for manager follow-up per established processes.
  • Coordinates site-level training for new hires and frontline team members at each assigned account on policies and day-to-day practices.
  • Tracks completion of required training and maintains training records to company standard across all assigned accounts.
  • Supports employee separations with proper documentation and a respectful, compliant offboarding process at each account.
  • Supports site-level compliance with employment law, recordkeeping, and SSAfety standards across assigned accounts, partnering with Payroll, People Department, and HQ.
  • Where this role supervises assigned team members at each account, it provides day-to-day task direction and coaching rather than independent management authority.
  • Models accountability, professionalism, and strong work ethic for the team across assigned accounts.
  • Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day work of assigned team members at each account, ensuring timely and accurate completion of core processes.
  • Provides clear direction, training, and coaching to help team members perform consistently across assigned accounts.
  • Monitors workload and process execution to maintain efficiency and responsiveness at every assigned location.
