About The Position

Rodizio Grill is seeking an owner of corporate event sales to build and lead this function. This role is a player/coach with revenue operations skills, focused on scaling corporate event sales across all locations. The goal is to build the operating system, including the tech stack, SOPs, reporting, and standards, to ensure business growth without errors. This includes establishing a robust outbound sales motion to complement the existing strong inbound business, and managing the entire process from initial inquiry to event execution. The role involves creating documentation, processes, and reporting to standardize event sales across all locations and ensure consistent quality and performance. The position offers support from offshore staff and a CEO committed to growing event sales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a high-velocity sales role.
  • Track record of building SOPs and playbooks from scratch.
  • Experience working in-depth with a CRM at the admin level.
  • Fluent with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Comfortable directing outsourced or offshore execution.
  • Comfortable being a genuine player-coach.

Nice To Haves

  • Cold-email and outbound deliverability know-how (SPF/DKIM/DMARC, domain warmup, and sequencing tools such as Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead).
  • Experience with sales-engagement and dialer tools.
  • Experience with no-code automation (Zapier or similar).
  • 2+ years leading or coaching a team.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Hospitality, events, catering, or multi-unit restaurant experience.
  • Tripleseat familiarity.
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale corporate event sales across Rodizio Grill's locations.
  • Build the operating system (tech stack, SOPs, reporting, standards) for scalable growth.
  • Establish a resourced outbound sales motion.
  • Manage the end-to-end event sales process from first inquiry to booked-and-executed event.
  • Design and document the full inquiry-to-booked-and-executed workflow as repeatable SOPs.
  • Standardize templates, cadences, stage definitions, and pipeline hygiene across locations.
  • Own and administer the go-to-market tech stack, including CRM, Tripleseat, Apollo.io, call/text tool, and AI solutions.
  • Configure pipelines, lead routing, custom properties, workflow automations, and integrations.
  • Improve speed-to-lead for inbound inquiries.
  • Build a cold outbound motion from scratch, managing deliverability, defining ICP, and creating multi-touch sequences.
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance visibility (speed-to-lead, conversion rates, revenue, pipeline health).
  • Lead approximately ten local event-sales managers and 1-2 offshore employees.
  • Act as a player-coach, leading the function and personally managing one location's event book.
