Requirements

5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or+ CRM Administration.
2+ years of management experience.

Nice To Haves

HubSpot Administration Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead and optimize REDW's revenue operations strategy
Champion our HubSpot platform to maximize tools, adoption and integration.
Build dashboards and reporting models that provide leadership with actionable insights.
Work with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead management, pipeline processes, automations, and operational workflows.
Drive data quality, governance, and visibility across the client lifecycle.
Work with external vendors for project support as needed to integrate our systems and communications.
Deliver front line CRM support while championing user adoption and process consistency.
Partner with executive leaders to identify opportunities that improve growth, efficiency, client acquisition, and ongoing success.
Help scale the systems and processes that support REDW's next phase of growth.
